Adrian is a Fellow member of the Charted Institute of Management Accountant(UK),a Fellow Member of ACCA UK, Associate Member of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka, Fellow Member of the Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and he has a MBA from University of Sri Jayewardenepura Colombo. He has over 21 years of experience in Banking, Treasury, Finance, IT and General Management in the Banking ,Finance and manufacturing sectors.

He has attended training programs conducted in Sri Lanka and overseas extensively.

Prashani holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from the university of Nottingham and a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of St. Andrews. She is also a passed finalist of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants United Kingdom. Prashani has over 2 years experience in the financial services sector and over 3 years experience in the credit rating industry.

Prashani has undergone thorough on-the-job training in rating financial institutions and corporate both in Sri Lanka and overseas

Senila is a Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants United Kingdom. Early in her career, Senila was attached to Taprobane Securities as an Equity Analyst. She has 2 years of experience in the credit rating industry.

Senila has also undergone thorough on-the-job training in rating financial institutions and corporates both in Sri Lanka and overseas

Kuleesha is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants United Kingdom and holds a bachelors degree in management from the University of Colombo. She has over 02 years experience in Finance & Accounting in the trade sector prior to joining RAM Ratings Lanka.

In addition to extensive training in Malaysia, presently Kuleesha is undergoing training at RAM Ratings Lanka.

Harshani is an Associate member of both Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK and Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. She has over 3 years experience in the insurance industry.

Harshani has also undergone thorough on-the-job training in rating financial institutions and corporates both in Sri Lanka and overseas.

Christy is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK). He has over 2 years of experience in external audit, and over 2 years of experience in management accounting in the apparel sector.

Christy has also undergone thorough on-the-job training in rating financial institutions and corporates both in Sri Lanka and overseas.

Ruvini is a passed finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants United Kingdom and holds a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from the University of Colombo. She is currently reading for a Masters Degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Colombo. Ruvini has over 2 years experience in external audit.

Ruvini has also undergone thorough on-the-job training in rating financial institutions and corporates in Sri Lanka.

Nilusha is a passed finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants United Kingdom and holds a Bachelors Degree in Bioscience from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She was employed in the capacity as a demonstrator at the USJP and also has external audit experience.

Nilusha has also undergone thorough on-the-job training in rating financial institutions and corporates in Sri Lanka.
